Adding or Editing Phrases




Use the Toolbar or the Phrases menu to add or edit phrases.


The editor is shown below. Phrases are displayed in the Content Editor when the user right-clicks on a Content Area. For example, in the screen capture below, Common Content, More Content, and Click Previous are Phrase Titles associated with the Content content area. Selecting one of these titles will insert the associated Phrase into the current cursor location.




To associate which content areas go with a selected phrase, either double-click on the phrases or click the Content Areas button. This will bring up the Associate Content Areas with Phrases screen. You can add, edit, or delete content areas using the Content Areas Editor.


Phrases and Content Areas are stored in the Phrase database. Closing this screen will automatically save the database.
